At TASTICO, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service professionals (chefs, cooks, waiters, bartenders & cleaners).
Cancellation & On-Hold Policy (TASTICO)
- NON Refundable policy
- If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be applicable.
- If you cancel before 24 hours of the service time, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Booking On-Hold Options
- However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours, you can put your booking on hold instead of cancelling by paying ₹199.
- Once on hold, you get a validity of up to 1 month, and you can reactivate your booking anytime within the 3-month period at no extra charge.
