RESCHEDULE BOOKING
Need to change your appointment date? You can reschedule your booking anytime up to 1 month from the current booking date according to the following guidelines:
Reschedule your booking for up to 1 month from the current booking date by paying an extend day processing fee of ₹199.
Reschedule completely for free! Choose any available date within 1 month from your current booking date.
CANCEL BOOKING
If you need to cancel your booking altogether, refund amounts are calculated based on how far in advance you cancel before the scheduled service start time:
NO REFUND
No refund for cancellation within 24h (or pay ₹199 to reschedule within 1 month).
50% REFUND
50% refund of advance amount.
100% REFUND
100% refund of advance amount.
